How do I order Cretan products from Creta Shop.gr?

1. Select the product you wish to buy

2. Click on it's linked price or the button "order" (according to final destination)

3. Fill the secure order form

4. Click on "Add more Items" to continue shopping

            or

4. Click on "Pay and Finish".

5. Check your order

6. Provide the information requested to have your credit card securely charged for the amount indicated. 

7. When leaving Creta Shop don't forget to click on the "CHECK OUT" link to finalize your order, if you hadn't completed the ordering procedure previously.

What about delivery, customs and local taxes?

Reliable delivery Our products are shipped from Iraklion, Crete, Greece. All our standard shipments are done using  the Greek National Post Office for international orders and private courier services for orders in Greece. Upon release of your shipment you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

Taxes Our prices do not include local taxes or custom duty, when applicable, which are due by the recipient.

Damaged Delivery Your shipment will be handled with utmost care. We kindly ask our customers to check on their orders upon reception. If an order reaches destination but is considered damaged, please do not collect it from the Post Office but have it "Returned to Sender" marked as "unacceptable". After inspection we will replace your order or refund it's cost in full, according to your choice. Refunds are done directly to your credit card account through CCNOW.

All prices are in Euros. What about other currencies ?

In our continuing efforts to improve the buying experience for our customers, we are proud to announce support for the following currencies in addition to the euro: US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Pound Sterling, Australian Dollar, Japanese Yen, Swiss franc, Danish krone, Hong Kong dollar, Indian rupee, Norwegian krone, New Zealand dollar, Swedish krone, South African rand for all Visa and MasterCard purchases. 
Now our customers have the option to select their preferred transaction currency at the top of the order form. Pricing displays will automatically convert to the currency value selected, and we will settle the transaction in that currency.
In that way customers will know exactly the amount to be billed to their card because settling in their local currency will effectively eliminate fees that the cardholder’s bank would normally charge for currency conversions of credit card transactions. 
Customers will also be protected against currency fluctuations on returns.  We have included an online currency converter in every page of our site, for other currencies not stated above.

Are the Cretan products proposed sold in a "normal" shop ?

Creta Shop only sells online. All products proposed by Creta Shop can easily be found in "brick and mortar" shops all over Crete.

How long for delivery ?

All orders are registered with the Greek Post Office. Delivery can usually take from about one working day (Greece) to about seven working days (destinations out of Europe)

And if an order doesn't reach destination ?

We guarantee that if, for reasons independent from Creta Shop, an order doesn't reach destination, we will ship it again or refund in full the initial price charged, including our shipping charges and commissions. Refunds are done directly to your credit card account. We notify electronically our customers of their orders registration number, through which we can trace delivery.

Your prices are higher than other online stores...

But our prices are final, they include registered shipping and packaging charges. You pay what you see and this is it. Other online stores use shopping cart programs that add shipping and charges later in the ordering process, which raises considerably the final cost. Other online merchants ship by "normal" mail which is considerably cheaper but not safe. We include registered mail cost  in our final price and guarantee that every order will reach destination.

Can I order large quantities at discounted prices or items not in your list?

Mail our sales department specifying the products you are interested in, the estimated quantity and your location. We will communicate with you to offer a detailed quota.

Can I order without a credit card?

CCNOW, our credit card processing partner deals with PayPal as well. We accept orders "CASH ON DELIVERY" for Greece. Send us a mail or a fax (+(30)2810-301927 ) mentioning: name - exact address - telephone - precise description of items ordered - total price. We will contact you to confirm your order and ship it "CASH ON DELIVERY" (some Post Offices may add collection charges to our price)

Paying by Money Order? At Creta Shop we gladly accept money orders as a form of payment if the total to be paid is over than 50 euros .
