If we were able to fly over the rich vineyards of Sitia with the wings of the falcon "Falco Eleonorae" (called "Varvaki" by Cretans) , we could be witnesses of the history and traditions of Crete, this mythical land where time left the pure and authentic values untouched. Strong values like the flavor and delicate aroma of the tsikoudia Varvaki, this traditional drink of noble quality from Sitia. For the production of this tsikoudia (raki) two to three distillation processes of the best marc from the Cretan land are carefully done in copper caldrons.
